Create or open a patient and keep the current encounter context clear.
Add clinical updates, then draft a Progress Note from the available context.
Try the AI Draft Room and note where wording, structure, or safety cues feel wrong.

Safety and limitations

Use the hospital EMR as the source of truth.
Review, edit, and verify every AI draft before use.
Do not rely on the assistant for final clinical judgment.

Known alpha limitations

Feedback and issue reporting are not wired into the app yet.
Some workflows remain incomplete while the note and AI surfaces harden.
The alpha is not production software and should not be treated as the medical record.
